You can still use a program like Virtual PC to run Windows on your older Mac's that have PowerPC processors. So, hopefully that will help you to understand the concept and meaning behind those commercials. They can run it (with modifications to the OS that defeat the copy protection), but they cannot legally run it since Apple has specifically stated that the software is not licensed for use on a machine that is not labeled with Apple's branding.
